TCFLS accepts inquiries year-round, with formal intakes in spring and autumn. The process is transparent and efficient, and our admissions team supports your family one-on-one throughout.

Step 1: Inquire & Visit

Submit a request via the Book a Visit page, or call the admissions office at 0431-84671818. We recommend visiting with your child to experience classes and campus life first-hand.

Step 2: Submit Documents

• ID documents of the student and parents
• Transcripts from the past two years (transfer students)
• Two recent one-inch photos
• Vaccination records (kindergarten and Grade 1 applicants)

Step 3: Assessment

Kindergarten applicants join a play-based observation; primary applicants take adaptive assessments in Chinese, math and English plus an interview; middle and high school applicants add an English proficiency test and subject exams, and DP applicants attend an English interview.

Step 4: Offer & Registration

Results are issued within five working days. Upon acceptance, families complete payment and registration, and receive uniforms, textbooks and timetables.
