长春盈佳外国语学校的发展，是与长春这座城市国际化进程同频共振的十五年。
2009 年 1 月，学校经长春市教育局批准正式成立，首届招收小学及初中学生。创校之初即确立"以英语为教学媒介语言"的办学特色，引进国际课程理念与外籍教师团队。
学校相继增设幼儿园与高中部，形成完整的 K-12 十二年一贯制体系。教学设施持续升级，建成科学实验楼、艺术中心与室内体育馆，在校生规模逐年扩大。
学校深入推进国际文凭课程项目，高中阶段开设 IB DP 课程；与多所海外学校建立姊妹校关系，师生国际交流日益频繁。历年毕业生升入美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本、韩国等国家知名高校。

The story of TCFLS mirrors fifteen years of Changchun's opening to the world.
In January 2009 the school was officially approved by the Changchun Municipal Education Bureau, welcoming its first primary and middle school students. From day one, TCFLS established its hallmark of English-medium instruction with an international faculty.
The kindergarten and high school were added in succession, completing a full K-12 system. Facilities kept expanding — a science laboratory building, an arts center and an indoor gymnasium — while enrollment grew year by year.
TCFLS deepened its international programs and launched the IB Diploma Programme in high school. Sister-school partnerships overseas brought frequent exchanges, and graduates have gone on to leading universities in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea and beyond.
Through fifteen years, TCFLS has held to its founding promise: helping every child meet a bigger world.
